Returns and Cancellation

We cannot include bespoke items in your right to cancel your order as such items are not always re-salable by us.

If you would like to return your bespoke item, please contact us and we will endeavour to come to an individual arrangement.  However, in order to avoid this situation, we will do our very best to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. Garden-shopping.co.uk will offer a refund or exchange if the goods are damaged or faulty.

It is vital that all orders are checked on delivery and we are notified of any damages or shortages within 24 hours. In these cases it is best to call us to let us know but if you do email, please ensure that we have acknowledged your email before the time elapses as we cannot take responsibility for non-receipt of an email.

Unfortunately once the 24 hours has elapsed the courier’s insurance lapses and claims cannot be made. This is why it is safer to always check items on the day of delivery even if the outer packaging appears to be intact. To speed up the process, we may on occasion ask for images of any damages.

Please note:
1. Damages or faults should be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving goods either via email or telephone (with pictures if and where possible).
2. We will arrange collection for the return of goods that are faulty or damaged.
3. A refund or exchange will be offered and shipped at no extra cost.
It is rare for items to get damaged in transit but accidents can happen and occasionally there may be a packing error resulting in a shortage.
